Job Definition:

For Freshers/Experienced  Walk-in Drive @ GE Capital - From 22nd July - 26th July 2013 

• Up sell Products and Services
• Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Receiving calls from customers based out of US
• Solving queries and concerns on the call
• Arranging for any service required by the Customer
• Provide Customer with product and service information

Qualification:      Any Graduates
Experience:         0 - 3 Years

Location:            Hyderabad

Job Specification:

• Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
• Should be willing to work in night shift
• Should be open to change
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Should be Customer Centric
• Excellent English (Verbal) Communication Skills
• Working knowledge of Computers

Educational Requirements:

• Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate 
• B.Tech and MCA graduates are not eligible
• Excellent communication skills is a mandate.
