Job Role: New Business Prospector
Essential Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
- Follow up on initial contacts.
- Execution of long-term lead nurturing programmes.
- Reporting and analysis of the prospect base for gap analysis and opportunity identification.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
- Identify DND using the registry & establish contact with given prospect list through phone
- Describe products and services using the given script.
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers for a meeting or demonstration of the product.
- Respond to questions, adapt the script with prior approvals.
- Obtain detailed customer information
Desired Profile:
- Have the ability to cold call and identify high end opportunities and key decision makers
- Book appointments for BDMs to have face-to-face meetings with new prospects
- Engage in a friendly and authoritative communication style
- Be organized and disciplined to follow up
- Have a warm and friendly attitude with a sense of humour!
- Bachelor's Degree ; excellent communiocations skills are must.
- Experience required -1 experience in tele-sales, or any front end sales
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive sales ability.
