•  Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Good comprehension should be able to comprehend the written word and the spoken word accurately.

JD & Skill Set:

• Ensuring accuracy of the data entered in the database.
• Analyzing every stage and aspect of a private equity and venture capital transaction from announcement to final exit.
• Analyzing the Private Equity and Venture Capital life cycle of a company.
• Analyzing data including information on deal terms and structures, deal amounts, valuations, EBITDA data, and multiples.
• Providing details of private equity and venture capital investors, financial sponsors and strategic buyers. Create Investor profiles include funds, portfolio of investments, investment professionals' profiles, and limited partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Good expression should be able express self in grammatically correct English both in the interview and on the job.
• Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure.
• Tracking Venture Capital and Private Equity backed companies from the U.S. market on a day to day basis.
• Tracking Venture Capital and Private equity backed companies with special focus on funding information.
