 Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Knowledge and ability to use the desktop computer system (screen, mouse, keyboard)
•  Knowledge and ability to use the phone system.
•  Working with team and managers to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and implement solutions

Skills :

•  Negotiation Skills
•  Questioning Skills
•  Handling difficult Customers
•  Customer Service attitude

Desired Profile :

•  0-2 years of experience (Voice and Non voice)   
•  Graduate (Any stream) with excellent Written Communication Skills 
•  5 days working with Saturday-Sunday fixed off  
•  Cab facility available   
•  Candidates who have done MBA/MA/MCom through distance learning and correspondence are also eligible to apply
•  Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts
•  Full time MBA, CA, CS, ICWA, BE,B.Tech,MMA,MCA , B.Ed ,MCA, MPM, PGDM MCS, MCM, PGDCA, B.PHARM, M.PHARM, M.TECH, BE/B-TECH need not to apply.
