Job Description:
- Administration, Configuration and Maintenance of: VOIP PBX for Contact Centre led offerings for Avaya, Microsoft, Cisco , Aspect and other technology solutions.
- Network and security components like Router, Switches, Firewalls, Audio/ Video Set up, Servers and Storage.
Eligibility:
- Attained 60% and above throughout the academic tenure
- Year of Graduation/ Post Graduation : 2012 or 2013
- A year's gap (maximum) between levels of graduation
- Excellent communication skills
- Selected candidates to be willing to re- locate and work at any of AGC locations across India
