Job Definition:


Microland Pool Campus Placement Drive For 2013 Freshers on 15th June 2013

• Coordinates installation of replacement equipment or pick-up of spare equipment when necessary
• Installs/uninstalls various software and upgrades equipment when necessary
• Maintains inventory of PC equipment with Asset Executive
• Assists in the documentation of network, software, disaster recovery and systems configurations
• Assists in all functions of IT support
• Maintains and troubleshoots hardware issues for laptop, desktop computers and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s). Arrange for repair and/or replacement of defective IT assets. Assists in general IT support functions, help desk, software support and network support
• Assists end users with their computing needs by resolving trouble tickets and fulfilling employee requests for application and system support
• Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software problems with desktop and laptop computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), printers, digital scanners, and other network equipment

Qualification:         BCA,B.SC,BBA,B.Com,BA

Experience:           Freshers

Job Location:         Punjab,Gurgaon,Mumbai



Eligibility Criteria:
 

•  55% throughout 10th/12th & Graduation (i.e. Min. 55% aggregate / average   in 10th, 12th and Graduation).

•  No Backlogs

•  Willing to sign the service agreement of 6 months.

•  Willing to work in 24*7 environments.

•  Willing to relocate, if required

Interview Process:

Step 1: Communication Round.

Step 2: Technical Test.

Step 3: Face to face interview.

Mandatory documents to be carried for the interview:

• Candidate profile / CV / Resume.
• 02 passport size photographs. - All the mark sheets from 10th onwards, Provisional Degree Certificates/ Degree Certificates (without fail) - One photo ID proof (Driver's license/ voter's id card/ pass port).

Note:

•  ON THE SPOT REGISTRATION WOULD ALSO BE ALLOWED.
•  Boarding, Lodging and Transport facility will be taken care by the respective candidate.
