Age: Candidates age limit is 40 years for S.No 1, 2 Posts; 35 years for S.No 3 Post; 30 years for S.No 4 Post as on 21-06-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per Govt of India rules.

Qualification: Candidates must possess Masters Degree and M.Ed or equivalent degree for S.No 1 Post; Post Graduation M.Sc course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject or Masters Degree or B.Ed for S.No 2 Post; Bachelors Degree in concerned subject or 4 years integrated course in special Education for Visual Impairment or Diploma in Teaching Visually Impaired for S.No 3 Post; 10+2 or equivalent pass or Diploma for S.No 4 Post with relevant experience

Fee:  Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.200/- and Rs.100/- for SC/ ST and Ex-Serviceman in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Director, NIVH payable at Dehradun. Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from the fee.
