Job Description:
- Monitor alarms for all refrigeration units across all Tesco stores.
- Analyze the alarms and outbound the stores to provide the details.
- Ensure the alarm details are passed on to the store within 60 mins from the time it reaches high or highest priority to avoid stock loss.
- Raise work order numbers in case of critical issues so that the engineer can visit the store and check the units. http://fresherjobs2find.blogspot.in/
- Manage the duty phone, as we get calls from the stores and contractors updating us about their works on refrigeration units.
- Handle escalations from the store by investigating the issue and providing accurate details about the alarms received and managed.
Desired Profile:
