Answer
There are total 450 rooms.
Out of which 299 room number starts with either 1, 2 or 3. (as room number 100
is not there) Now out of those 299 rooms only 90 room numbers end with 4, 5 or
6.So the probability is 90/450 i.e. 1/5 or 0.20.
 
2) What is the four-digit number in which the first digit is 1/3 of the second, the third is the sum of the first and second, and the last is three times the second?
Answer
The 4 digit number is 1349.

Solution:
Let the number be x. Then X/7 – x/11 =100 11x-7x = 7700 x=1925.
 
2) The ratio of Rita’s age to her mother’s age is 3:8. The difference of their ages is 35 years. The ratio of their ages after 4 years will be:
(i) 7:12
(ii) 5:12
(iii) 38:43
(iv) 42:47
Solution:
Let their ages be 3x and 8x
8x – 3x =35
x =7
Their present ages are 21 and 56 years.
Ratio of their ages after 4 years are 25:60 = 5:12

Q.2. Can you tell the primary difference between two static and dynamic testing methods ?
Answer :-Static testing is basically a passive testing when program is not run. One may check algorithm, program logic etc. Dynamic testing is done by executing the program for different inputs.

Selection Process was of four rounds:-

1) Written Test

(a)Only reasoning and English time 30 min 55 questions
(b)Essay on INDIAN POLITICS SYSTEM time given was 5 min If u get through this step half of your job is done.

2) Group Discussion

This is second round and need not to be very much cautious about it. Just try to make out ur presence over there.
Try to speak more Points should be relevant to topic.  My Topic was “Does B.E/MCA Percentage assists in campus placements Y/N ? and Why?” actually this topic created fish market out there. so the evaluator gives us the second topic for girls to Speak good qualities of Boys and for Boys to speak good qualities abt girls. Remember 1 thing Don’t try to dominate other members. Speak ur points gently and Listen Others carefully. others Topic were Globalization, liberalization of media,attacks on Indian students in Australia etc. out of 15 . 13 got selected and I was one of them.

3)Technical Interview

for technical interview make sure whatever things u have specified in ur CV u knows it. They will ask about ur Project , about ur fav subject , c/c++ (basics) and the language u hv specified(in my case java).

4)HR round

It was a horrible round where the filtering process was taking place. two f my friends already got rejected in this round so i was nervous. finally my name called for HR.

APTITUDE TEST:

Questions = 55 ; time limit = 60 minutes…along with that an essay to write in the same sheet in another 10 minutes. No sectional cut off , no negative marking. Offline (paper & pen) test
