• Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA/EVDO/LTE networks
• Fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola

• Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
• Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
• Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
